I'm a high school teacher, and I can't tell you the number of times I hear that a student's work could not be done because he or she had to go to an extracurricular activity. I must remind my students too many times that school must be a first priority. With that being said, I also notice that students that are involved in extracurricular activities tend to be more rounded individuals. I love to see a teenager have a passion for something. If Tyler is truly passionate about dancing, I think she should keep up with it. Perhaps she should cut something else out of her schedule.... Cole, perhaps?

No. I think when you're a kid it's good to be in a lot of activities. It gives you something to do to stay out of trouble. Weren't you guys in a lot of activities in high school? I'm on dance team, student council and I do community service. The only way I would say she's stretching herself too thin if it's really affecting her grades. I really don't think that is the case because she doesn't seem really focused on school.
